Senior Officer Health Safety / Environment

Ensure that all processes to implement, oversee, and adapt policies and programs to improve the organization's environmental and safety performance and ensure compliance with current and future regulations and standards, and protect its reputation. Conduct detailed Risk assessments using latest techniques and develop HSE mitigation plan for the company. Conduct accident investigation whenever required and propose corrective and preventive actions to avoid future occurrence. Develop training matrix and conduct HSE training for the organization, keeping a track of training effectiveness and improving upon / providing continuous refresher courses on weaker areas in the organization.
